Area of A class storage facilities will be increased to 85 thousand sq.m in Ufa
Commissioning of the second stage of the storage complex "Sigma-Logopark" — a unique logistical complex of A class in Ufa is planned for January, 2014. Thus, the area of the highest class storage facilities will be increased for 50 thousand square metres and will make 85 thousand "squares" in the republican capital.
From the second half of 2012 the significant increase in demand for warehouses in Ufa is marked. For today the first stage of the A class storage complex put into operation in 2010, is filled by 100 percent. The main tenants are large retail networks.
“Our first customer appeared in November, 2010. The object’s filling has been made within two years,” the general director "Sigma-Logopark" Andrey Panin says. “The main growth of demand from both federal and republican companies was fixed in the second half of 2012. Therefore current year we decided to renew construction of the second stage.”
Analysts of the "Expert" real estate agency also mark increase in demand for modern logistical complexes.
“For today the majority of warehouses in the city are old buildings in the industrial area,” the general director of "Expert" real estate agency Elena Andreeva says. “However last years, with an aggravation of transport problems, warehouses are taken to the suburbs. The moment has come when consumers start to impose increased requirements to quality of logistical objects.”
The "Sigma-Logopark" storage complex is located in Shaksha district, near to the federal М5 highway. Platforms for heavy haulers and parking for cars are organised. There are access roads for automobile and railway transportation.
