Rustem Khamitov suggested to create a concept of electronic industry development in Bashkiria


It is necessary for Bashkortostan to generate a concept of electronic industry development. The President RB Rustem Khamitov reported about it at the meeting with team of JSC “Scientific Research Institute “Soliton” on August 7.

Rustem Khamitov suggested to unite the electronic industry enterprises into a uniform cluster which could work to the benefit of the republic producing new equipment.

The potential of Bashkortostan is far fr om being used, the head of the republic marks. At the same time, development prospects are quite big. According to Rustem Khamitov, the republican economy has five basic directions of development. Except electronic industry this is petrochemistry, mechanical engineering, agriculture and IT technologies.

Rustem Khamitov underlined that it was necessary to search for new niches for development, modern enterprises were in demand.

“On the basis of these five directions we could build a certain image of new Bashkortostan. It seems to me, it would be perspective”, the President said.

Within the lim its of his working visit to JSC “Scientific Research Institute “Soliton”, Rustem Khamitov examined the enterprise manufacture. In particular, he was shown the modernised equipment room "Ural" for field communication centres based on trucks. The given mobile communication centre is produced at "Solitone" and is used by the Ministry of Defence RF. It is designed for operative deployment of multi-channel communication networks with automated management and switching. The project modernisation increases information transfer rate 15 times, range of communication  four times.
