New Vice-Premier in the Government of Bashkortostan
Marat Mylukov is appointed a deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB in accordance with the Presidential decree from May 10, 2011, the public affairs service of the Government RB reports.
Biographic reference: Marat Musaevitch Mylukov was born on April 2, 1974, in Ufa.
He has graduated the economic faculty of the Bashkir State University (“bank business” specialty) with the red diploma in 1996.
In 2000 he has graduated the faculty of foreign languages and in 2001 – the magistracy program in sphere of public management at Duquesne University, Pittsburg, the USA and worked on probation in the research center “Heritage”, Washington, the USA.
In 2004-2005 he worked as a consultant Councilor of the Russian Government Chairman.
In 2006-2008 he was the director of the department at the federal state unitary enterprise “TSNIIATOMINFORM”. He was engaged in inculcation of innovational projects, elaboration and expertise of federal strategies and programs and in formation of the policy and practical measures on development of innovational activity in atomic branch.
Since 2009 and till nowadays he was the director of JSC “Scientific-Research Institute of technical physics and automation”.
