Rustem Khamitov appreciated the proposal of Vyacheslaw Glazychev to train managers of a new generation for Bashkiria


A member of the Russian Public Chamber, the chairman of the Commission on regional development Vyacheslaw Glazychev suggested that several people should be sent for training in the magistracy at the territorial development management chair of the National Economy Academy under the Government of Russia during his meeting with the President of Bashkiria Rustem Khamitov. This program is aimed at training of a new generation of the managers of the highest level, having the understanding of the complex nature in social-economic development on the territories of a different scale – from vast regions to city microdistricts. The need in such specialists, able to pose problems before the planners and estimate their offers properly is high enough in all regions of the country. At present time representatives of several ministries and departments from Perm and Orenburg regions are already trained on this direction.

The President of Bashkiria has highly appreciated this proposal and some specialists from our Republic can be sent to these training courses already in the nearest future.

In the course of the meeting Vyacheslaw Glazychev and Rustem Khamitov have discussed the prospects of cooperation in sphere of Ufa territorial development. In particular, Vyacheslaw Glazychev offered to hold the seminar, devoted to development of the capital of Bashkiria with attraction of the leading international experts in the first half of 2011.

“On the base of this seminar we will be able to work up the strategy of the city’s development and not only the city but the whole Ufimsky district for the nearest years” – M-r Glazychev believes.
