Citizens of Sverdlovsk intend to purchase experimental houses in Bashkortostan
10-11 experimental settlements, where the technology of low building is to be worked through, expected to made in Russia and the consultant of Russian Minister of regional development Alexander Loshenko has expressed hope that all regions of the country will join the experiment.
Many Russian regions already choose Bashkortostan as the guideline. As the site www.ural.ru reports, the Sverdlovsk region’s Governor Alexander Misharin has already looked for the houses, with the help of which he would like to solve the housing problems of local citizens. The Minister of Sverdlovsk region building and architecture Michael Zerebtsov told about such project in Bashkiria: “The plant for production of the factory-made houses with the cost about 9 thousand rubles for one square meter will be put into exploitation there soon. After the plant is put into exploitation in May, 2010, and the first such house is assembled, the Sverdlovsk delegation will definitely buy it”.
The project is developed in Bashkortostan with the usage of the Austrian technologies and according to Alexander Loshenko the authorities intend to try other low-building technologies in such experimental settlements, in particular, the Canadian, Italian and Spanish technologies.
