Participants of the seminar for heads of municipal administrations became acquainted with the low building program’s realization
The seminar for the heads of municipal administrations is going on in Ufa and today its participants together with the Minister of building, architecture and transport RB Ravil Ibatullin came to the village SHAMONINO to become acquainted with the experience of low building in the region.
The Republican program “Development of low building RB-My Own House 2007-2010” is considered the unique in Russia. As Ravil Ibatullin said, the program provides qualitative building of Ufa suburbs and gives all people a chance to acquire really available and comfortable housing. Now the task is to spread the experience of mass low building all over the Republic.
Thus, 1245 cottages will be erected on 203 hectares in SHAMONINO. At present time 800 cottages are being erected and 500 are already put into exploitation. Mass low building is also launched in two other villages RB.
For five years it is planned to put more than 10 thousand cottages with ready-made civil engineering infrastructure (at the expense of the Republican budget) into exploitation.
The budget’s supply appropriated one billion rubles for provision of the building sites with the engineering communications, electricity, water and gas and with the branch lines. Thanks to that the cost of the building makes 8-14 thousand rubles for one square meter. Taking into account that the average floor space of the cottage is 54-100 square meters, the average cost of such cottage makes 600 thousand – one million rubles.
Within the frames of the program “My Own House” the House Building Fund RB received the means for distribution among the citizens, participating in the program, as the loans at the rate of 300 thousand rubles for the term of five years and under 8% of interest per annum. It means, people have to pay about 5900 rubles back monthly.
In the nearest future necessary social infrastructure (schools, kindergartens, clinics etc) will appear in such cottage settlements.
