Agricultural census will cover 677 thousand private household plots in Bashkiria
An agricultural micro census is underway in Bashkiria. According to the Ministry of Agriculture, census takers will interview more than 800 agricultural organizations, 4 thousand peasant farms and individual entrepreneurs, 2.4 thousand garden associations, and 677 thousand private plots.
For comparison: in the Chelyabinsk region, it is planned to take a census of 1175 private household plots (as well as 246 agricultural enterprises, 1076 peasant farms, 158 individual entrepreneurs); in Sverdlovsk — 350 thousand private household plots; in the Perm Territory — 300 thousand private household plots, according to regional statistical offices.
The information to be obtained from this census includes the number of people employed in the agricultural sector, land plots and their use, areas of crops, and perennial plantings. The population of farm animals is also subject to the census.
The cost of a micro census in Bashkiria is named for 86.2 million rubles, mainly the payment for the work of 1.8 thousand census takers.
