Russian tennis players won gold and silver at Tokyo Olympics
Russian tennis players won gold and silver at Olympic Games in Tokyo. Andrei Rublev and Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova won the Olympic mixed doubles tournament. In the final match, they beat another duo of the ROC Team — Elena Vesnina and Aslan Karatsev with a score of 6: 3, 6: 7, 13:11. Accordingly, Vesnina and Karatsev won silver.
To date, the Russian national team has won 12 gold, 19 silver, and 13 bronze medals and is ranked fifth in the medal standings.
