It is planned to build six more helipads for air medical service in Bashkiria
In Bashkortostan, it is planned to build six more helipads, especially for the air medical service. They will be located in Neftekamsk, Askino, Baimak, Sibay, Oktyabrsky, Mesyagutovo. On July 26, the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, posted it on his Facebook page. There are now four helicopter pads in the republic — two in Ufa and one each in Sterlitamak and Beloretsk.
In 2020, the republic purchased a new Ansat helicopter for the Ministry of Health RB. Last year, air medical service made 97 sorties, and in the first half of this year — already 105.
“This is more than a hundred lives saved,” Radiy Khabirov said, recalling that in July, thanks to the air ambulance, it was possible to quickly come to the aid of two kids from the Kuyurgazinsky region.
