Agricultural production amounted to 23.5 billion rubles In Bashkiria in first quarter
In Bashkortostan, the volume of agricultural production amounted to 23.5 billion rubles in the first quarter of 2021, which is 100.1% to the level of the previous year. According to Deputy Prime Minister — Minister of Agriculture Ilshat Fazrakhmanov, the greatest growth was shown by crop production, where the volume of production in January-March of this year amounted to 640 million rubles, and the index — 104.4%. For comparison, last year's figure was 552.2 million rubles.
The head of the agrarian department emphasized that in the first quarter, crop production is formed by the production of greenhouse vegetables. This year, there is an increase in tomato production by 92%.
“Compared to the first quarter of 2020, farms of all categories increased the production of eggs, milk (by 1.6%), livestock and poultry for slaughter in live weight (by 0.3%) by 13 percent. The growth of indicators was influenced by large investment projects in dairy and beef cattle breeding, pig breeding and poultry farming,” Ilshat Fazrakhmanov explained.
Today in the agro-industrial complex of the region, 53 investment projects are in the active phase of implementation, with a total cost of 108.6 billion rubles. These are investment projects of "Bashkir Meat Company" LLC, "Agricultural enterprise "Neral-Chishmy" LLC, " Agricultural enterprise "Neral-Buzdyak" LLC, "Severnaya Niva Bashkiria" LLC, "Uralskaya meat company" LLC, "Tavros" LLC, "SP Urozhai” LLC, “MF Urozhai” LLC, and others.
