New increase in food prices was recorded in Bashkiria
In Bashkiria, the grocery basket has risen in price again, the statisticians of the republic report.
According to the selective weekly monitoring of Bashkortostan Statistics Agency, fresh cucumbers rose the most in the region — by 5.4 percent and reached an average of 122 rubles per kilogram.
The list of products that have become more expensive also includes buckwheat, fresh tomatoes, canned meat for baby food, carrots, pasta, frozen fish, chocolates, black tea, pork, boiled sausages, sausages, wieners, sterilized milk, sunflower oil, canned meat, sugar, canned vegetables for baby food, eggs, onions, apples, semi-smoked and boiled-smoked sausage, beef, butter, powdered infant formula. Over the week, prices for these products increased in Bashkiria by 0.1-3.6 percent.
Conversely, prices for biscuits decreased by 2.8 percent — on average, to 136 rubles per kilogram.
The list of goods that have become more accessible in the region also includes flour, rice, bread, pasteurized milk, noodles, canned fruits and berries for baby food, fat cottage cheese, chickens, millet, fresh cabbage, margarine, potatoes, cheeses, and caramel. Over the week, they fell by 0.1-1.9 percent.
Only prices for sour cream and lamb remained unchanged during this time in Bashkiria — an average of 208 and 433 rubles per kilogram, the statisticians concluded.
