About 154 thousand residents are fully vaccinated against coronavirus infection in Bashkiria


In Bashkiria, as of April 28, 153,783 residents were fully vaccinated against coronavirus infection, all of them completed immunization with both components of the Gam-COVID-Vac vaccine. According to the Ministry of Health of the region, 251 434 people were vaccinated with the first component. 575 people were vaccinated by the mobile health teams in the republic.

In the region, 158 vaccination points have been organized, including five mobile points: in Ufa — in the Bashkir State Opera and Ballet Theater, the MEGA shopping center, the PLANETA shopping center, the Bashkiria Lifestyle Center, and one point in the city of Sterlitamak — the CityMall shopping center.

In mobile points, 8 653 people were vaccinated against COVID-19: the first dose was jabbed to 8 653 people, the second — to 3 918 people.

In total, since the end of last year, the republic received 297,452 doses of the Gam-COVID-Vac, EpiVacCorona vaccines.

A few days ago, another batch of drugs arrived in the region; it is planned to distribute more than 18 thousand doses of the vaccine.

According to the information of the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the republic, about 24 thousand employees of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises are vaccinated at present.

During the May holidays, all vaccination points in Bashkortostan will work seven days a week so that residents can be vaccinated with both the first and second doses, the Ministry of Health RB reminds.
