Vladimir Putin offered to refund half of trip cost to children's camps
Russian President Vladimir Putin said children's rest should be made as affordable as possible during his announcement of the annual Address to the Federal Assembly. He offered to refund half the cost of a trip to children's camps. The President also proposed to extend the program by the end of the year, according to which 20% of the expenses of citizens on tourist trips within Russia are refunded. Special attention is paid to student tourism.
"We need to encourage young people who have shown themselves in Olympiads, in volunteer and creative initiatives. The refund will also be valid during the vacation period for such children, that is, in the high season," the head of state said.
