Bashkiria ranks third in terms of remote work offers
A year after the start of lockdown restrictions, Bashkiria ranks third in the list of regions — leaders in the number of remote work offers, the analysts of Trud.com found out. In March 2021, the region's share in the total number of vacancies was 13.1%. It was more only in the Moscow (16.7%) and Rostov (15.3,%) regions.
In March, in Bashkiria, they offered remote jobs most often to representatives of the following professions:
— customer service operator — 8.9%
— targeting specialist (SMM) — 8.7%
— online store employee — 8.3%
— recruiter — 7.8%
— sales assistant — 5.5%.
The average salary for "remote" employees in the past month amounted to 24,088 rubles — 43% lower than the average salary in the country. However, compared to March last year, the average salary for remote workers in Bashkiria increased by 8%. Simultaneously, in Russia as a whole, the average salaries for remote workers for the year decreased by 5%. In March 2021, the average earnings of specialists working remotely amounted to 22,380 rubles in the country.
