Elvira Ishmuratova held fashion project in Moscow with Bashkir ethnic jewelry
In Moscow, Elvira Ishmuratova carried out a fashion project with Bashkir ethnic jewelry. Models from Georgia and Russia — the republics of Bashkortostan, Dagestan, Buryatia — took part in the project. Although they were all of different ages, sizes and did not have professional experience, each girl's individuality was highlighted.
The participants used stylized accessories made on the basis of traditional Bashkir clothing with elements of bibs, bracelets, and earrings. According to Ishmuratova, fashion collaborations were created with Ildar Gataullin and Svetlana Arefieva. The premiere of the idea was at a fashion photo session in Ufa this summer; then, a show was organized at the Days of Beauty.
"It became interesting for me to develop an ethnic fashion idea not only in Ufa but also in the capital of Russia with a world-class photographer Ekaterina Sidorovich, whom we met in Austria. She gladly supported the idea and came to Moscow. This is not the first year that I have been conducting international photo projects, and finally, having gained experience, I have realized my dream and idea with our national ornaments," Elvira admitted.
Elvira Ishmuratova is a fashion model, winner of the International Beauty Contests "Enviable Beauty", Top Model Plus Russia, participant of high fashion weeks in Moscow, Minsk and Kazan, winner of the Mag Fashion Forum & Award in Austria, author of the Stikhia international project.
