Bashkiria authorities are preparing to launch Republican Control Center
The launch of the Republican Control Center (RCC) will allow coordinating all areas of life in Bashkortostan, helping to promptly identify problems, eliminate their causes, and track trends to make the necessary management decisions. The Chief of Bureau of the Head of Bashkortostan for social media communications Elena Prochakovskaya and her deputy Alexey Derbeko spoke about this at a meeting dedicated to the center's technical launch.
Bashkortostan became one of the Russian Federation regions that adopted the experience of the Moscow region in organizing a prompt response to citizens' appeals and tracking the changes in the situation.
One of the center's components will be the robotic system "Incident Management" and "Feedback Platform", which are already in Bashkortostan. Thus, from October 2018, 126,704 residents' appeals were processed in the "Incident Management" system from the launch stage. Of these, 48,912 were answered in 2020.
The largest number of requests from January 1 to November 16, 2020, were received on the following topics: road condition (8 791 requests), social services (8 386 requests), healthcare (6 527 requests, of which 2,588 requests for coronavirus). Residents of Ufa (21,945 applications), Sterlitamak (2,926 applications), and the Ufimsky district (2,132 applications)submitted the largest number of applications.
From January 1 to November 16, 2020, the "Feedback Platform" processed 1,645 appeals from residents of the republic to ministries, departments, and municipalities.
