Mask regime is introduced in Russia
A general mask regime is being introduced in Russia. Rospotrebnadzor ordered all country residents to wear hygienic masks at crowded places, transport, in parking lots, and in elevators.
It was decided to take such measures due to the massive spread of the coronavirus during the seasonal rise in the incidence of ARVI. The corresponding decree, which will come into force on October 28, was signed by the chief sanitary doctor of Russia Anna Popova.
It also follows from the document that legal entities and entrepreneurs involved in the organization of entertainment events and provide catering services are prohibited from doing this from 23.00 to 06.00.
The senior officials of the constituent entities of the country are recommended to take additional measures aimed at stabilizing the situation associated with the disease and reducing the risks of the COVID-19 spread.
