Bashkir cheesemaker bought batch of Ayshir cows

The first batch of 36 Ayshir heifers purchased from Finland arrived at Timur Latypov's farm in the Kushnarenkovsky district. The farm already has 57 Ayshir cows, another 100 will be delivered. In 2021, the farmer plans to launch the production of cheeses, milk from Ayshir cows with a high protein, and fat content is well suited for cheese making.

Timur Latypov presented his investment project to create a robotic farm at the "Investment Hour" session in the government of the republic.
