HC Salavat Yulaev beat Avtomobilist in friendly match with massive score
Salavat Yulaev played the first friendly match in preparation for the new season of the KHL amid the pandemic. The Avtomobilist met the Bashkir team in gloves, with antiseptics and thermometers. In the first period, the hosts conceded one goal with Juha Metsola as a goalkeeper and went for a break with the score 0: 1.
In the second period, the goal of Salavat Yulaev was defended by Dmitry Braginsky, who conceded three goals. However, the Ufa team managed to win back one goal with the help of Ilya Baranov's throw shorthanded — 1: 4.
In the final segment of the match, the Salavat Yulaev returned to the game with the help of a goal by Alexander Kadeikin. Towards the equator, Philip Larsen upset the Avtomobilist goalkeeper for the third time, thereby getting close to the opponent. And then the young Ufa army joined the scoring show: Alexey Pustozerov equalized the score six minutes before the final siren, and a minute later, Hartikainen took the team ahead — 5: 4.
