Radiy Khabirov took part in meeting with Vladimir Putin
On July 29, Russian President Vladimir Putin held a videoconference meeting on the sanitary and epidemiological situation in the country and the readiness of the healthcare system for the autumn-winter period. The Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, also took part in it, according to the website of the administration of the head of the republic.
The meeting participants discussed the situation with the coronavirus spread in Russia, as well as preparing medical institutions for the traditional growth of cold-related diseases in the autumn. “I would like to say right away that the situation remains complicated and can develop in any direction, so to say. This is the reason why we have all gathered here. This is why there are no reasons for complacency, for relaxing and forgetting about the recommendations of doctors”, Vladimir Putin said. “I am now addressing both the authorities and all residents of our country.”
The head of state added that so far not all regions of the country had managed to achieve a steady decrease in the number of diseases. According to him, in a number of subjects of the country, the state of affairs "remains difficult".
We add that over the past day, the diagnosis of the new coronavirus infection was confirmed in 35 residents of Bashkiria. Thus, the number of people infected with COVID-19 since the beginning of the pandemic in the republic has reached 6,675 people.
