Bashkiria will revise structure of expenditures but withstand social obligations
The Government of Bashkiria intends to revise the structure of expenditures, but at the same time, to withstand all social obligations as much as possible said First Deputy Prime Minister of the region Andrey Nazarov.
The coronavirus pandemic has exacerbated plans to fill the state treasury.
“Now we must revise the structure of expenditures, but at the same time maintain our social obligations as much as possible,” he stressed at a meeting of the Presidium of the Republican Government, at which the preliminary results of the execution of the consolidated budget of Bashkiria for the first six months of 2020 were considered.
As reported at the meeting, based on the data of the regional Ministry of Finance, the implementation of the consolidated budget of Bashkiria in terms of revenues amounted to 111.2 billion rubles by July 1. This is 5.2% more than a year ago.
Tax and non-tax revenues amounted to 37.2% to the annual plan, having decreased by 16.8% compared to the same period of 2019.
Consolidated budget expenditures in January-June of this year were financed in the amount of 119.4 billion rubles. This is 16.4% more than in the first half of 2019.
Traditionally, in the sectoral structure of expenditures, the largest part is occupied by the social component of the budget — 79.8% of all expenditures, or 95.34 billion rubles.
