The Wife of the Acting Head of Bashkortostan Karine Khabirova visited an orphanage in the city of Sterlitamak. She paid a visit together with a teacher and students of the R. Nureyev Bashkir Choreographic College, vocalists of the Premier group, confectioners and director of the Bashkir cuisine restaurant “Eco Pyshka”.
The guests organized different master classes for children. The guys showed Karine Khabirova their rooms, told about themselves, how they studied and what they did in their free time, about their achievements. The pupils invited the guest to learn how to cook a national dish — kystyby.
The guests also visited the carpentry workshop where the boys were engaged. The young craftsmen showed their works and presented a gift to Karine Khabirova — a stand for jewelry, carved from wood. And the girls gave her a hand-made beaded bracelet, a craft keychain, and soap.
Also, the children showed their "apartment" — a room converted into a studio apartment. This is an exclusive project of the orphanage when several pupils who are preparing to graduate, live for a certain time on their own in a separate apartment. Karine Khabirova also presented the children with some household appliances for the kitchen.
The guys showed the guests a library, sensory room. Karine Khabirova handed books to pupils of the orphanage that lawyer Pavel Astakhov had previously brought to Bashkiria in the framework of the All-Russian Campaign “Books for Children”, organized with the support of Eksmo-AST and the Russian Book Union's Regional Development Committee.
The confectioners of the “Eco Pyshka” company brought treats and tasty gifts to all the children.
After a tour of the orphanage, guests and their children went to the assembly hall. The pupils of the Bashkir Choreographic College performed the “Friendship” dance, the vocalists of the “Premier” group sang a song. And the pupils of the orphanage — the “Constellation” ensemble and vocalist Marina Rogova – showed their creative performances too.
