Moody's Investors Service Agency upgraded Bashkortostan outlook

UFA, 31 January 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/.The long-term credit rating of the Republic of Bashkortostan is affirmed at "Ва2", the outlook is changed from "Stable" to "Positive". This decision was made on January 29 by the international rating agency Moody's Investors Service.

According to analysts, the rating of the republic reflects a high level of indicators of the budget balance. Positive factors that determine the creditworthiness of the region are high liquidity indicators, low debt burden, conservative fiscal policy, and sustainable economic development.

Thus, to date, Bashkortostan has a credit rating at the same level as Tatarstan, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District and Moscow region.

Rustem Khamitov discussed human potential development in Bashkiria with scientists of Higher School of Economics

They discussed the development of human potential in the republic from the point of view of health, education, family, labor and employment.

Lilia Ovcharova is a director of the Independent Institute for Social Policy, research institutes and centers of the Higher School of Economics, a well-known specialist in Russia in the field of social development and social and economic policy.

Natalia Zubarevich is a director of the regional program of the Independent Institute for Social Policy, the chief research officer of the Center for Income and Living Standards Analysis of the Institute of Social Policy, Higher School of Economics, and a leading specialist in the field of social and economic development of the regions in Russia.

During the meeting, proposals for joint analytical work were announced. The head of the region stressed that the republic was very interested in them.

As reported in the directorate, the National Park became a partner of the "We Save the Future Together" program, implemented due to a grant from the President of the Russian Federation. Training events and meetings will be held to exchange experience and will be attended by representatives of the Association of Reserves and National Parks of the North-West Federal District, including Karelian "Kostomuksha" and "Kalevala", the Kaliningrad Region Rural Tourism Association, and the national parks of the Altai Territory.

"The organizers briefed us with the positive European experience of involving the local population in the development of protected areas", Vladimir Kuznetsov, director of the Bashkiria National Park, said after the first seminar in Moscow. "We have to realize this in our park. We will train employees of the park and representatives of localities. Now the main task is to select people who are ready and able to help in the development of ecotourism".

Russians debt overburden grew by 37%

UFA, 31 January 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/.According to the United Credit Bureau, Russians borrowed 5.68 trillion rubles in 2017. In 2016, the amount of loans was 4.14 trillion (+ 37%). The number of loans increased by 12% — from 31.2 million to 34.8 million.

The leader in terms of growth was a segment of credit cards — for the year the volume of credit cards grew by 48% to 544.5 billion rubles. The amount of loans issued to citizens amounted to 12.2 trillion rubles.

The new mortgages number increased by 30% in a year, cash volumes — by 42%. Last year, 959.24 thousand mortgage loans were issued for a total of more than 1.79 trillion rubles (a year ago, 735.53 thousand loans were issued for 1.26 trillion rubles). The average size of the new mortgage loan increased by 9%: from 1.71 to 1.87 million rubles.

Meanwhile, incomes of Russians fall for the fourth year, in 2017 they have decreased by 1,7%, The Bell reminds. The share of citizens with savings decreased from 39% to 31% from August to September. The share of those who do not have any savings has grown by the same 8% — from 59 to 67%.

Bashkiria bailiffs expelled 655 foreigners from Russia

The press service of the ministry explained that the forced deportation of citizens to their historical homeland was required due to ignoring by migrants the regulations for staying in the territory of our country.

"Most often, the Russian migration regulations were violated by citizens of Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan. Among the deported were citizens of Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Vietnam, Nigeria and other countries," the Department reported.

In January of this year, 18 citizens of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan were deported.

Number of flights from Ufa to Yekaterinburg will be increased

UFA, 31 January 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Natalia Ovcharuk/.In a month, from the beginning of March 2018, the number of flights to two nearest capitals will increase from Ufa airport: Yekaterinburg and Kazan.

The RusLine airline reported that flights will be twice more often, six times a week.

From Monday to Friday, aircrafts will depart from Ufa to Yekaterinburg at 08.45. The additional flight is scheduled for Friday at 21.25. Planes will fly back from Monday to Friday at 19.30 and on Sunday at 19.35.

"Passengers will be able to continue their trip to the northern regions with convenient connections at Koltsovo Airport", the press service of the airline reports.

Among them there were 13 thousand children, the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor reports. There are no grounds for panic. Epidemic thresholds are not exceeded. The incidence of acute respiratory viral infection is lower than that of epidemic threshold by 12.4%.

According to the results of laboratory monitoring, viruses of non-influenza etiology are circulating among the population. Thus, no influenza viruses were detected.

"Sustainable Polyclinic" project is successfully implemented in Bashkiria

UFA, 31 January 2018. /Bashinform News Agency/.Bashkortostan joined a federal "Sustainable Polyclinic" project, which the Russian Ministry of Health jointly with Rosatom implements in 39 regions of the country. The progress of work under the program was discussed yesterday at the meeting of the Head of the Republic Rustem Khamitov with the head of the project of the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom Vladimir Arzhentsov.

The "Sustainable Polyclinic" project is designed to increase the effectiveness of medical and preventive institutions and general availability of medical care. It will enable to reduce waiting time, accelerate the delivery and execution of tests, simplify appointments with therapists and serve many more patients with the same amount of resources.

Since October 2017, four republican health facilities have been participating in the project: Ufa Polyclinic No. 32, Children's Polyclinic No. 4 of Ufa, Beloretsk Central Regional Clinical Hospital and Kumertau City Hospital.

Preliminary positive results of the program allow expanding cooperation with the Rosatom state corporation, including at implementation of the "Sustainable Government" project. Currently, the project is implemented in five regions — the Republic of Adygea, the Kirov and Ryazan Regions, the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District, and the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania.
