Bashkiria has become the first in Russia by the number of projects, reaching the final stage of the all-Russian contest of projects in sphere of initiative budgeting. Imitative budgeting is the mechanism, allowing population to take part in determination of priorities during distribution of budget funds and in further control over realization of the projects chosen.
Beginning from January 1, 2020, minimal wage in Russia is offered at the amount of 12130 rubles. The corresponding draft of Russian Ministry for labor is approved by Russian Three-sided Commission on regulation of social-labor relations. The minimal wage’s rise will touch on about 3,2 million people, getting official salaries, and a half of them work at state and municipal institutions.

For the first seven months 2019 average monthly wage among health care employees makes 35,8 thousand rubles – 7,5% higher than for the same period last year, acting Minister for health care RB Maxim Zabelin reports. According to his information average monthly salary in January-June 2019 made 64 thousand rubles (7,7% higher).
Ministry for labor set a new minimal wage size. In 2020 it will be equal to 12130 rubles, “Russian Newspaper” reports, referring to the corresponding Russian government’s bill. Harvesting of grain and leguminous cultures is going on in the Republic. By September 11 agrarians have harvested 70% of all fields and thrashed 2,3 million tons of grain. The highest crop capacity is still observed in pre-Ural steppe and southern forest-steppe zones.
During weekends Republican agrarians have stepped over the 2-miillonth gross harvest line. On September 9 64% of all fields with grain and leguminous plants were harvested, local farmers thrashed more than 2,1 million tons of grain. On average crop capacity makes 19,6 centners per one hectare, Ministry for agriculture RB reports.
State Council deputies will introduce amendments into Bashkiria’s budget-2019 during the first plenary session. Today the document was approved by the parliamentary committee on budget, tax and investment policy and property relations. The necessity to change the budget arose since budget incomes increased almost 8,3 billion rubles and expenses – 8 billion.
