Commemorative plaque and monument to Salavat Yulaev will be established in Estonia

In the town of Paldiski (Republic of Estonia) a memorial plaque and a monument to Salavat Yulaev will be established. The project of the National Museum of Bashkortostan received a grant from the Head of the republic in the amount of 270 thousand rubles. Ceremonies, will be held, presumably, in early July.
A cast iron replica of Salavat Yulaev’s bust by Tamara Nechaeva is made at the Kasli factory of architectural and artistic casting. The bust weight is 214 kg, height — 1 meter.
The plaque in three languages — Estonian, Russian and English is planned to be installed on the City Hall building of Paldiski — former Rogervik fortress where Salavat Yulaev spent the last period of his life from 1775 to 1800. At present, talks about the upcoming event are underway.
