Young scientists have received republican grants in Bashkortostan

20 young scientists and scientific teams of Bashkortostan have received republican grants, the press service of Bashkortostan Government informs. 122 works took part in a competitive selection. Handing over with diplomas, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government RB Salavat Sagitov said: "Today Bashkortostan is believed to be one of the strongest academic centres of the country. Your work will assist our republic in keeping a prominent position in the scientific map of Russia. I hope that in the future we will meet you at large international venues to solve development tasks of our republic".
According to the President of the Academy of Sciences RB Alfis Gayazov, a possibility to carry out research on the unique equipment, to conduct educational process applying modern technology and information tools enable to attract the most talented young scientists. For the first time this year the main criterion for the competition was results obtained by scientists in their work.
In response, the young scientists and experts thanked the organizers of the competition for the support of their initiatives and assured those present that in the near future they would focus on exploring options of practical application of scientific achievements.
