Official delegation of Finland Embassy in Russia arrives in Bashkortostan

The official delegation of the Embassy of Finland in Russia arrives in Bashkortostan. The program of a three-day visit of the Second Secretary of the Embassy of Finland Ms. Inka Leppänen includes meetings with the business community, familiarity with history of inter-religious relations in the republic, visiting religious buildings and structures.
On Tuesday, the diplomat will hold a meeting in the Chamber of Commerce RB with representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ufa. It is planned to exchange experience at the Council of State and Interfaith Relations under the Head of Bashkortostan, the Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesman in Ufa Vener Galiakbarov informs.
Inka Leppänen will acquaint with developments of the Institute of Ethnological Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences and will visit the Museum of Archaeology and Ethnography. She will also meet with students of Bashkortostan State Pedagogical University named after M. Akmulla. The Second Secretary of the Embassy will deliver a lecture on the topic "International Politics and Relations between Russia and Finland."
The delegation of the Embassy of Finland will see the Ufa sights (the Monument to Salavat Yulaev, the Friendship Monument, Cathedral of the Nativity of the Virgin).
On Wednesday, February 8, Inka Leppänen will hold a meeting with the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The Finnish delegation will visit the National Museum RB and will meet with the President of the Finno-Ugric Peoples Assembly.
