The standard is developed by JSC "Design and Production Enterprise "Zircon", approved by order of the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology (Rosstandart).
The integral feature of the winter months — ice slides — often become the cause of tragic accidents. Thus, in December 2016 in Ufa a schoolgirl received various injuries, having rolled down the slide right under the wheels of the car. In early January, a five-year boy died in hospital from injuries sustained in a collision with the other children on the slide. The police now investigate into the cases. In Chebarkul the Chelyabinsk region a child fell from the height of an ice structure, which had no side fences.
