Investments show positive trends in Ufa - City Hall

The total investment in fixed assets in the territory of the capital of Bashkortostan for the first nine months of this year reached 93.2 billion rubles. This is by 8.4 percent more than in January-September last year.
As it was reported at a meeting in the City Hall by the chief of the city administration investment department Mars Aminov, Ufa still maintains its position as the largest investment area in the region.
According to him, the total investment in fixed assets in 2015 amounted to 146.8 billion rubles. It is 131.2 thousand rubles in per capita terms, which is 1.6 times higher than the average republican figure.
Overall, the rate of total investment in fixed assets is expected to reach about 151 billion rubles in 2016.
Among the largest implemented investment projects there was a construction of the bridge across the river Belaya with a total investment of 5 billion rubles, a new building of the "Ufimkabel" cable plant (total cost of the project — 1 billion rubles), construction of a new building of the Republican Perinatal Centre (total cost of the project — 2 billion rubles).
During the meeting, the head of Ufa administration Irek Yalalov noted that in the first nine months of 2016 in terms of the total investment volume in fixed capital of large and medium-sized enterprises, as well as in terms of investment per capita by large and medium-sized enterprises, the capital of Bashkortostan confidently held the leading positions among the megacities of Russia.
Ufa took the second place by volume of own-produced shipped goods, works and services among megacities, losing only to Omsk. Perm was on the third place, Chelyabinsk on the fourth, Yekaterinburg on the fifth.
