It is planned to build soft drinks plant in Bashkortostan

The Minister of Economic Development of Bashkortostan Sergey Novikov held a meeting with the First Vice President for Branches and Subsidiaries Coordination JSC "Moscow Beer and Beverage Plant "Ochakovo" Vladimir Antonov.
Among the issues discussed there was establishment of alcoholic beverages production (concentrate) based on malt in the republic. Prospects for processing grain crops grown in the region — barley, wheat, oats and corn were also considered there. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development RB.
Two industrial sites such as "Brownfield" and "Greenfield" are already selected for "Ochakovo" production as part of the new project by the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
In addition, during the meeting they talked about the existing measures of the investor state support, the investment company's capabilities within the territories of mono-cities of the republic due to their advantages in terms of logistics, availability of acreage and engineering infrastructure.
The JSC "Moscow Beer and Beverage Plant "Ochakovo" is one of the leaders in the Russian market of natural kvass and low-alcoholic drinks. Breweries are located in Moscow, Krasnodar, Tyumen and Penza. There are company vineyards at the Taman Peninsula and the "Southern Wine Company" plant in the Krasnodar region. Beverages are delivered to 60 regions of Russia and more than 30 foreign countries. Among them there are the USA, Canada, China, Germany, Greece, Spain and the CIS countries.
