The Finance Ministry RF proposes since July 1, 2017 to prohibit sole traders to sell beer and mead and cider at retail, the federal media report. The reason for the ban is tax avoidance by STs. Small businesses do not declare all sales using the fact that small fines provided for them: 10-15 thousand rubles against 150-200 thousand for legal entities.
This innovation can have a significant impact on small business, market participants consider. Delaying until January 1, 2018 is provided only for Crimea and Sevastopol.
