Bashkiria is included in federal project for innovation clusters development

A petrochemical territorial cluster of Bashkortostan is among the 11 cluster-winners selected by the Russian Ministry of Economic Development to participate in the priority project for the innovation clusters development. This was reported at the briefing session in the Government RB by the Minister of Industry and Innovation Development RB Alexey Karpukhin.
"The Russian Ministry of Economic Development has prepared a preliminary draft agreement with our republic," said Alexey Karpukhin. "Areas and amounts of support are currently specified".
The petrochemical territorial cluster of Bashkortostan was established in 2012 on the basis of five companies. At this point there are 160 enterprises in its composition, the press service of the Government of the region states.
It is assumed that the cluster involvement in the project will contribute to the growth of labour productivity, creation of new high-tech jobs and increase in investment attractiveness of the enterprises.
