UFA, 1 November 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/.

Innovation projects winners of the acceleration program "Guide for Innovation 2.0", which is the general partner of the Russian Venture Company (RVC) are awarded in Ufa. On November 1, in the House of Government of Bashkortostan the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government RB Dmitry Sharonov handed over diplomas to the authors of the winning projects and talked to the finalists of the GenerationS contest-accelerator. Participants talked about their inventions, shared the problems they had faced during the implementation of innovations. Dmitry Sharonov took into consideration the requests received for the provision of administrative and informational support from the Government RB.

He noted that these projects were not finished products, only potential ones. "Theoretically, these projects may fail, but they are as close as possible to the current market needs and production capacities. We understand that this is a sample of the best projects that may be qualified for the interest of investors, for grant funding", said Dmitry Sharonov.

Last year, 70 projects took part in the program, three innovation projects won in it. This year there are about 130, of which about 30 worthy projects were selected.

According to the results of the "Guide for Innovation 2.0" contest program the first place went to the project "Cloud School" (authors Ruslan Karimov, Vladislav Dmitriev, Airat Shayahmetov). The second place was shared by "Downhole D-Swivel» (author Sukhrab Hadiev) and "SHF -moisture meter for solid bulk and liquid materials in agro-industrial complex" (by Anna Kovaleva). The "Virtuactions — Virtual Reality Amusement" project (authors Nikita Anischenko, Gregory Isakov) was in the third place.

The "Guide to Innovation 2.0" is one of the major Russian programs for accelerated development of innovative projects and new technology businesses, as well as for intensive training of their authors. It is held in Bashkortostan for the second year in a row. The program is open to authors of innovative projects at all stages and of any industry focus implemented in the region. At the end of 2016 "Guide for Innovation 2.0" entered the Top 5 of the largest partners of RVC in number of applications submitted to the federal GenerationS contest-accelerator.
