Rental housing fell by six percent in Ufa year to date

In Ufa, rental housing has fallen in price by an average of six percent from the beginning of the year. The cost of renting one-bedroom apartments fell by five percent and amounts to 14 thousand rubles. Two-bedroom apartments fell by 5.6 percent — to 17.6 thousand rubles. The three-bedroom apartment rent decreased by 7.6 percent to 24.4 thousand rubles.
Experts of the “Mir Kvartir” web portal have analyzed the situation in the largest cities of the country. "In fact, some rented apartments are not cheaper, and not more expensive even in the beginning of the business season", summed up the experts. The average Russian figures for the rental market: -2.3 percent for one-bedroom apartments, -1.9 and -1.1 for two-room apartments and for three-room apartments.
