"Analysis of prices in the regions showed mixed tendencies in the real estate market. In some cities the cost of housing is gradually growing, in others falling, in the third varies. For example, real estate in Sochi, Kaliningrad, Arkhangelsk, Moscow show a solid increase. At the same time housing gets cheaper in Orenburg, Nizhny Tagil, Lipetsk, Novokuznetsk. The spread in the trends testifies to rather the impact of various local factors on cost. There is no question of a single trend in the market so far ", summed up the analysts.
