"United Russia" leads in Bashkiria after processing 70 percent of protocols

The "United Russia" party after processing 71 percent of the protocols leads in a single federal district in Bashkiria. It gains 59 percent of votes, the Central Election Commission RB reports. CPRF received 18 percent of votes. The Liberal Democratic Party is on the third place — 9 percent. The "Just Russia" is also in the top four. It has 6 percent. A provisional turnout at that time was 73 percent in the republic.
Yesterday elections to the State Duma of the seventh convocation, local government, by-elections to the State Assembly — Kurultay of Bashkortostan took place in Bashkiria.
14 political parties participated in the parliamentary elections. 47 candidates nominated by political parties competed for seats in the State Duma in six single-member constituencies.
By-elections to the State Assembly of Bashkortostan took place in two districts — Inors single-mandate constituency №2 and Naryshevsky single-mandate constituency №19. Eight candidates competed for a seat in the State Assembly. 4707 candidates ran for seats in the representative bodies of local self-government.
