UFA, 13 September 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. Ufa occupies the last place in terms of average wages and the first place in number of applicants per vacancy among the seven cities of Russia — Surgut, Yekaterinburg, Tyumen, Chelyabinsk, Perm and Kurgan. These data are published by the HeadHunter website.

The average wage growth in the Bashkir capital turned out to be the most moderate among these cities of the country compared to 2015- plus only 200 rubles. According to the HeadHunter service, the average wages in Ufa now stand at 25 200 rubles.

In Perm, the wages for the year grew by 500 rubles, in Chelyabinsk – by one thousand, in Yekaterinburg — by 2500. The only city in the region, where the average remuneration fell was Tyumen — minus 1 500 rubles and total 31 000 rubles.

However, the size of the average remuneration in Surgut and Kurgan generally remained unchanged and now is 35 000 and 27 000 rubles, respectively.

Surgut and Yekaterinburg occupy the first place in the "salary" rating — 35 000 rubles. Tyumen takes the second place — (31 000 rubles), Chelyabinsk  - the third (29 000 rubles). Perm is the fourth with 27 500 rubles, Kurgan — the fifth (27,000). Ufa takes the last place in the rating with 25 200 rubles.

With regard to the number of applicants per vacancy, for the year it declined slightly in all regions.

"If a year ago about six candidates claimed for a vacancy, now their number is about four or five. But the highest level of competition today is in Ufa — almost six candidates per vacancy. In other cities, it varies from 3.6 to 4.3 persons per job", stated Elana Tarashchuk, the head of the press service of the HeadHunter in Ural Federal District and the Siberian Federal District.
