UFA, 30 June 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Alim Faizov/. The Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the government to remove administrative constraints in the field of tourism in relation to Turkey. According to experts, it may return 480 000 potential customers to Russian tour operators, which after a moratorium on the organized tourism in this country preferred to completely abandon vacations.
The First Vice-President of "Russian Club of Financial Directors" Tamara Kasyanova believes that charter flights to Turkey, most likely, will be open by mid-July. "The emergence of Turkey will significantly affect the tourism market, and put it again to the first place in all the ratings, as in the beginning of September of the last year a last minute travel offer to Turkey for six nights was available for only 13 thousand rubles", marked the expert.
The press secretary of the Russian Union of Travel Industry Irina Tyurina considers that "Turkey hotels now will queue up for the Russian tour operators to restore cooperation with them". In her opinion, Turkey has lost most of the tourist traffic from their main markets — Russia and Germany, and therefore the price of the first tours will be low.
