Rustem Khamitov handed over passports to young residents of Belebey region on Russia Day

On 12 June, the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov during his working trip to Belebey region congratulated the local people with the Day of Russia, and handed over passports of citizens of the Russian Federation to young residents of the region.
The Head of the Republic noted that the country was facing certain difficulties at the transition period to a market economy and expressed his confidence that they would be overcome by joint efforts.
“It is clear that currently the situation is not easy, there are some pressing issues. We need to overcome a number of problems. But all this are developmental diseases. It is due to the fact that the society is still going through transformation, transition from one socio-economic formation to another,” said Rustem Khamitov.
Handing over passports to schoolchildren, the Head of Bashkortostan wished them success and optimism.
“I want to say special thanks to our young people, because they are future of our country. They will shape the future look of our state,” said Rustem Khamitov. “The young guys have just received passports. I want them to remember this important day for all their life. They are smiling. They are starting new life. Let's show them good examples and teach them good.”
