Bashkir Pedagogical University will host first in Russia engineering and technical creativity mobile centre

Bashkir State Pedagogical University named after M. Akmulla will host the first and unique in Russia engineering and technical creativity mobile centre. As a result of the contest Bashkortostan was awarded the federal agency grant and was approved as a pilot region for its implementation.
The mobile centre for engineering and technical creativity is a minivan, equipped with high-tech equipment of direct digital manufacture (CNC machines, 3D-printers, robotic developers) and a full set of methodological support. Due to this mobile centre students from cities and districts of our republic will be able to familiarize themselves with modern technology, to take part in classes-immersions, workshops, vacation schools. The mobile centre is of educational and career-oriented nature, the press-centre of Bashkir State Pedagogical University explains.
Involving children and young people in scientific and technical creativity in the framework of the implementation of additional education involves such areas as educational robotics, 3D-creativity, amusing astronomy, entertaining science and others.
Another feature of this centre is that modern technological and educational resources will now be available to children with disabilities and from vulnerable groups of population.
The project is also supported by the Ministry of Education RB and the Regional Public Organization "Association of Centres for Youth Innovation Creativity RB".
