Konstantin Tolkachev took part in United Russia preliminary voting

The Chairman of the State Assembly of Bashkortostan Konstantin Tolkachev took part in United Russia preliminary voting. Commenting on the primaries, the Head of the Parliament noted that the very first hours of voting have shown a high voter turnout.
"The United Russia party is the only political force that is ready to take responsibility that is why this procedure is attracting so much attention,” said Konstantin Tolkachev.
The Regional Election Commission, six district counting commissions, 678 local counting stations are arranged to conduct the preliminary voting in the republic. Ballot papers are made in three languages: Russian, Bashkir and Tatar.
101 people were registered in the republic to participate in the procedure. Winners of the preliminary voting will be included in the list of candidates of the party in the elections to the State Duma, which will be approved at the Congress of "United Russia".
The preliminary voting has become a mandatory procedure for all applicants to participate in the elections to the State Duma from the "United Russia". Each member or supporter of the party, as well as any non-party citizen of Russia could participate in it.
