Vladimir Spivakov said that at the gala-concert the names of two winners of the special prize "Nadezhda" would be announced on May 15. Four Moscow concertmasters, who helped the contestants, were awarded following the two rounds — Anna Tamarkina, Natalya Igumnova, Zoe Abolits and Sergey Bezrodnyi.
The auditions of the second round took place today in the Chamber Hall of the "Bashkortostan" Concert Hall. They were attended by eight semi-finalists from six countries.
