UFA, 11 May 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/. The “Superjob for Students” service formed a rating of Russian technical universities on the level of salaries of their graduates working in the IT-industry. The list, which included 60 technical universities of the country, was based on a comparison of graduates average income of 2010-2015. The wages of graduates living outside Moscow were adjusted to the level of the Moscow labour market taking into account regional coefficients.
The first place in the rating went to Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University). The average salary of graduates of the university — young IT professionals — is 130 thousand rubles. The National Research Nuclear University "MEPhI" (100 thousand) and Moscow State Technical University named after N.E. Bauman (96 thousand) were on the second place. Moscow Lomonosov State University (96 thousand) and Perm State National Research University (87 thousand) shared the third place.
Ufa State Aviation Technical University (USATU) entered the Top-10 of the rating. The average income of university graduates is equal to 73 thousand rubles.
The Superjob.ru reminds that a diploma of prestigious university does not guarantee high earnings, so it is better to start a career long before its obtaining.
