Dmitry Medvedev has created "Russian Children and Youth Centre"

The "Russian Children and Youth Centre" is created in the country. A resolution on the establishment of a federal state budgetary institution is signed by the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. The execution of functions and powers of the founder of the centre is entrusted to Rosmolodezh (Agency for Youth Affairs).
Subsidies in the amount of 137 355.1 thousand rubles are reallocated under the "Development of Education" state program for 2013-2020 on the funding of the new organization for 2016.
The centre is created to coordinate the formation of creative, professional, intellectual potential development of adolescents and young adults. The new structure will be engaged in the organization of specialized (dedicated) camps, innovative, entrepreneurial volunteering, civic participation development and healthy lifestyles promotion.
The centre will carry out competitions, contests aimed at identifying and developing students' intellectual and creative abilities, physical culture and sports activity.
