Experts analyzed CVs of applicants who are ready to move for a new job, and found the most attractive cities for change of residence.
More than 30 percent of the applicants agree to live in Yekaterinburg, over 20 – in Tyumen. Ufa ranked the fourth, slightly behind Surgut.
"The most active was a group of job seekers aged between 30 and 50 years old, looking for a job in the spheres of "Manufacturing "and" Extraction of raw materials". 83 percent of them are men", the HeadHunter reports. The study was conducted in March basing on 82 thousand CVs, the agency experts specified.
