"Education of the Future" Forum has opened in Ufa

On March 23, in Ufa the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov visited the "Education of the Future" Forum, which opened in the Congress Hall.

The Forum aims to create a common space for the discussion of topical issues of education and upbringing of children, youth policy, self-employment and employment of graduates, as well as the coordination of basic directions of Bashkortostan education system improvement taking into account the regional development needs.

During the Forum, the Head of the Republic familiarized with teachers professional growth support facilities of Bashkir State Pedagogical University named after M. Akmulla. The Rector of the university Rail Asadullin presented the "Open School" project. This is an electronic educational resource that provides schools of the region with continuous training online content in all subjects of the school curriculum in accordance with the single republican schedule. Online classes are conducted by the leading teachers of Ufa and the republic.

The Vice-Rector for Information Technology of Bashkir State Pedagogical University Iliya Kudinov told the Head of the Republic about the projects «Information and education portal of Bashkortostan Republic» and «The best teachers and schools of Bashkortostan Republic» aimed at accumulation and dissemination of advanced pedagogical experience.

Rustem Khamitov has familiarized with the exhibition of educational institutions of the republic and handed over diplomas to the winners of the regional stage of the WorldSkills Russia «Young professionals» championship in Bashkortostan.
