Everything was said in this part a long time ago. Why we do not have a boosting business growth? What do people wait and fear for? Now someone may say about high bank interest rates, administrative barriers. But in fact, it seems that we, as an average region in this part, also cannot overcome the inertia of 30-50 years. We cannot attract the masses of people to an independent, normal economic life. We cannot unite people into cooperatives, encourage working independently”, he stressed.
