Bashkir Honey House opened in Ufa

The Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov visited a Bashkir Honey House, which opened in the building of the "Akbuzat" racecourse in Ufa on March 15. It includes about 500 names of honey and bee products manufactured by the Bashkir Research Centre for Beekeeping and Apitherapy and farmers of the republic.
In the design of the trade fair pavilion maps of all six natural and agricultural areas of Bashkortostan with samples of honey from all these areas were used. As the general director of the Bashkir Beekeeping Research Centre Amir Ishemgulov says, the sales of honey from all 54 districts of the republic will be organized there.
The windows of the pavilion are decorated as honeycombs where the honey is presented in various souvenir packaging, as well as about 70 species of therapeutic and prophylactic beekeeping products.
The Head of the Republic inquired about the ways to protect the "Bashkir honey" brand from counterfeiting, as well as organization of apiculture products marketing.
Amir Ishemgulov also briefed the Head of the Region with objects to be included in the program of activities during the Congress of the International Federation of Beekeeping Associations "Apimondia 2021" in Ufa. They include the Bashkir Honey House and Republican centre of folk medicine and apitherapy and others.
