Bashkiria will receive more than 117 million rubles of federal support for family-owned farms development

Bashkortostan will receive 117.227 million rubles for provision of grants for development of family-owned livestock farms. The order on subsidies distribution to the subjects of the Federation in 2016 was signed on Wednesday, March 2, by the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
The document distributed subsidies in the amount of 3.47 billion rubles provided in 2016 from the federal budget to 74 subjects of the Federation to co-finance expenditure commitments for family-owned livestock farms development.
Subsidies efficiency is assessed annually by the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia on the basis of the degree of performance indicators achievement as defined in the agreement between the Ministry and the supreme executive authority of the subject of the Federation.
As explained in the regional Ministry of Agriculture, in Bashkortostan state support for participants of the targeted programs "New Farmer" and "Support for Family-Owned Livestock Farms" will remain this year at the level of 2015. Last year, the total amount of grants allocated to these two target programs planned for the period up to 2018 exceeded 360 million rubles in the republic. The support was received by 129 farmers-beginners and 68 family-owned livestock farms.
