UFA, 23 December 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Olesya Seregina/. In Bashkortostan, the industrial park "PromCentre" received state support for development. The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has completed the process of granting subsidies from the federal budget to the Russian management companies of industrial parks and technology parks in 2015. The total amount of these funds is 252 million rubles, the press service of the department informs.
11 parks in ten regions of Russia received the funds. Among them, there is LLC "PromCentre" (Republic of Bashkortostan). The company received 11.96 million rubles for realization of the investment project "Creation and development of the industrial park — LLC "PromCentre".
The industrial site of "PromCentre" is located in the Kalinin district of Ufa in the Shaksha neighborhood. It was created in 2013 at the premises of JSC "Ufa Machine-Building Plant". The founder of "PromCentre" is JSC "Regional Fund" created to support the priority investment projects.
LLC "PromCentre" is a complex of leasable production and warehousing facilities, retail and office premises. The total area of the industrial site is 12 hectares. At the moment, the industrial park hosts "TermoHolts", "EcoTechnologies", "Ecoplitka", "Ufa Engine Industrial Association" and other enterprises.
